Easter Adventure in Madeira

Categories: GMT Tours

Over the next few days the island of Madeira will host a fitness retreat called ‘Easter Adventure in Madeira’.

The project is developed by the English agency More Life Adventures, which promotes health and wellness retreats focused on physical exercise. Madeira was the destination chosen by nine adventurers of British, Costa Rican, Australian, French and Greek nationality, who until Sunday will get to know the nooks and crannies of the island.

Inserted in the programme for “Hawaii of Europe” are activities to enjoy the natural beauty of Madeira Island, such as walking the trails in the mountains and by the sea, diving in the salty and crystalline waters of isolated beaches, watching the sunset above the clouds, riding a cable car, kayaking and paddle boarding. Participants will also have crossfit sessions in the city of Funchal, in the Box at Clube Naval.

The adventurers will spend six days and five nights staying at Casas da Levada, in the municipality of Calheta.
